Students learn about basic telephony structure, terms and advantages of extending telephony within your organization. Course also teaches how to use and configure access codes and toll or toll-free exceptions, configure Vocera to allow telephone calls to connect directly to the Badge, use dynamic extensions, and share telephony across multiple sites.
Audience: This course is designed for Vocera Administrators, PBX Administrators, and others seeking a thorough understanding of Vocera’s Telephony solution.

Prerequisite: It is suggested that participating students should have attended the Vocera System Administration class OR be proficient navigating the Vocera Administration console.
