In this course specifically designed for Vocera System Administrators, PBX Administrators, and Wireless Engineers, students obtain detailed information on the functionality of the Vocera System. Students also learn about the system's operating requirements, including server hardware, operating system, IP PBX, and wireless and wired IP infrastructure.

Students learn to configure Active Directory integration with the Vocera Admin console allowing for easier management of user credentials. They gain knowledge of wireless and wired network infrastructure planning and configuration, and SIP telephony integration to confidently maintain your organization’s investment.
