Audience: This course is designed to provide Vocera Platform 6 System Administrators and their Backup Administrators with the tools and confidence to ensure successful maintenance of the platform and maximize the benefits of the Vocera solution.

Prerequisites: Completion of Basic Vocera Platform 6 System Administration Training and Introduction to Regular Expression (self-serve course in Vocera Learning Center).

Vocera Platform 6 Intermediate System Administration Training

This three-day course will teach Vocera Platform 6 System Administrators how to administer and maintain the Vocera Platform on a daily basis. Topics include managing users and groups in the Web Console, understanding policies and permissions, and how to troubleshoot using the audit log.
