Classroom Cancellations:

We encourage notice at least 10 business days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. You may substitute another student to attend the same class at no charge.

Vocera reserves the right to cancel a course up to 2 weeks prior to the class start date. In the event of cancellation, registration fees can be applied to a future class or refunded.

No Show Policy:

Who knew our courses would be so popular! We have limited seats and many students who want to attend, so please provide us the courtesy of letting Vocera know if you are not planning on attending as soon as you can.  We apologize in advance if you find rescheduling to be a challenge as we have a waiting list for many of our programs. We respect our students' time so if you haven’t arrived by 15 minutes after the posted class start time, we kindly ask that you reschedule, so a late entry does not disrupt the class.  Thank you for your interest in continuing your Vocera education.

Please note - Distance Learning courses start on time. If no one has arrive arrived by 15 minutes after the posted class start time, the course will be cancelled.
