(NYSE: VCRA), a provider of mobile communication solutions focused on addressing critical communication challenges facing hospitals, announced today the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 4,825,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28.75 per share. Vocera is offering 1,000,000 shares of common stock and certain existing stockholders of Vocera are offering 3,825,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the underwriters of the offering will have a 30-day option to purchase from Vocera and the selling stockholders, on the same terms and conditions, up to an additional 723,750 shares of common stock, consisting of 337,500 shares being offered by Vocera and 386,250 shares being offered by the selling stockholders. Vocera expects to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital. Vocera will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
