Bridget Duffy, MD, will be a guest speaker at the Becker's Hospital Review Annual Meeting, May 15-17, 2014 in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Duffy's presentation, "The Evolving Use of IT to Improve the Patient Experience," will be held on Thursday, May 15 from 2:05-2:45 p.m. Central Time. During the session, Dr. Duffy will discuss the importance of creating seamless patient care journeys using technologies that restore the human connection. She will also connect the dots between experience, quality and safety, and will define ways for hospitals to ease the burden of illness by improving communication and care coordination from first to last impression.
