Bridget Duffy, MD, will be a keynote speaker at the Humanizing Healthcare Technologies (H2T) Conference, June 9-10 at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina.
Mission Health is hosting this inaugural conference in partnership with Vocera and Rock Health, a San Francisco-based full service seed fund for digital health startups. The two-day event will bring together decision makers, front-line clinicians and innovative leaders to reimagine how technology will transform healthcare communication, delivery and patient experience.
Dr. Duffy's presentation, "Humanizing Healthcare with Technology," will be held on Monday, June 9 from 4-5 p.m. EDT. During this session, Dr. Duffy will discuss the importance of creating seamless patient care journeys using technologies that restore the human connection. She will also connect the dots between efficiency, empathy, quality and safety, and detail ways for hospitals to ease the burden of illness by improving care coordination and communication.
