The webinar will take place on Thursday, June 19 at 10 a.m. PDT/1 p.m. EDT.
During this complimentary webinar, titled "Patient Experience and the Role of Physician Leaders," Troy Bishop, MD, the physician lead for patient experience at Summa Physicians, Inc., will present a case study detailing how physician engagement improved Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) scores and resulted in top quartile Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) performance.
Dr. Bishop will be joined on the webinar by Carmen Natale, system director of Summa Health System. Natale, a veteran healthcare organizational change expert, has built a foundation of practice models that span behavioral and communication standards, process improvement programs, education and coaching, and accountability structures for staff at all levels of the organization.
