EASE Sender Overview

In this short tutorial, we’ll cover how the application works and the process of sending updates. You’ll also see a few examples of EASE in action and get important “do’s” and “don’ts” of communicating with EASE. EASE stands for “electronic access to surgical events”. It is a tool that allows health care professionals to provide updates to friends and family of patients undergoing medical procedures. Updates can be sent by text, with photos and videos attached, all within a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
