Experience Innovation Network Announces 2014 Spring CXO Roundtable
Diverse Group of Visionaries will Share Innovations to Improve and Humanize Healthcare

(NYSE: VCRA), the leading provider of integrated, intelligent communication solutions for mission-critical mobile environments, today announced that the Company's healthcare thought leadership and research collaborative, the Experience Innovation Network, will convene its sixth semi-annual Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Roundtable from April 30-May 1, 2014 at The Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco, Calif. This two day invitation-only event, titled, "Clinical Innovations in Experience," will assemble visionary medical providers, digital health entrepreneurs and patients from across the country and Canada who are disrupting the status quo to improve the human experience of care.
The CXO Roundtable will be co-hosted by Bridget Duffy, MD, chief medical officer of Vocera and Arnold Milstein, MD, MPH, professor of medicine and director of the Stanford Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC). Featured keynotes include Michael Roizen, MD, chief wellness officer at the Cleveland Clinic Health System and award-winning author of the YOU series of books co-authored with Dr. Mehmet Oz; Amir Rubin, president and chief executive officer at Stanford Hospital and Clinics with a proven track record of driving innovations in patient experience; and Linda Avey, the co-founder and chief executive officer of Curious, Inc., a data discovery platform helping individuals answer questions about their wellbeing through personal data aggregation and discovery. Avey also co-founded 23andMe, a leading personal genetics company.

Jacobs started The Silver Pen blog to discuss her journey with breast cancer and recently published the New York Times bestselling book, The Silver Lining. A pediatric and adult palliative care nurse and social worker, Jacobs takes a holistic approach to writing about breast cancer with style, a sense of humor and silver linings.
