Lori Dickinson has served in various customer focused roles at Vocera since 2006. She currently leads the company’s technical support organization, directing support engineers, technical account managers, and key customer programs.
In past roles, Lori grew and managed teams comprising RNs, technical professionals, instructional designers, and learning consultants who help customers to successfully adopt and use Vocera solutions. Lori is a passionate Vocera customer advocate and has worked with hundreds of Vocera’s customers worldwide.
Lori has more than 30 years’ experience in healthcare and healthcare IT. She holds a BS in Business Administration, Management Information Science from California State University, Sacramento.
