Rachel Abrahams, MPH, is a Senior Research Manager at the Experience Innovation Network, collaborating with healthcare organizations to improve patient, family, and provider experience through strategic, sustainable innovations. Prior to joining the Experience Innovation Network, Rachel worked for the Advisory Board Company launching new products in revenue cycle performance technologies and strategic sourcing. Rachel was part of a team that developed a business intelligence platform for health systems to manage post-payment claim reviews. She also worked on behalf of health systems to negotiate contracts with medical device suppliers based on transparent pricing and utilization data.
Rachel received her master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University focusing on both global and domestic issues, including patient access, health care management, mental health treatment, and leadership and innovation.
Rachel has lived abroad in Bangkok, Thailand and Tel Aviv, Israel, and enjoys playing soccer, doing crossword puzzles, and taking dance classes.
