Liz Boehm’s passion is understanding and tackling big questions that lead to improvement in the human experience in healthcare. As the Research Director, Liz leads research and content development for the network’s in-person events and written resources. Prior to joining the Experience Innovation Network, Liz spent 15 years at Forrester Research, leading the firm’s healthcare and life sciences customer experience research. Her studies and interests include culture and innovation, technology and telehealth, behavioral science and coaching, and healthcare experience best practices.
Liz earned her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College in Women’s and Gender Studies. She served as a Health Extension Volunteer in the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
Liz enjoys rowing, swimming, hiking, and other outdoor activities. She is a nature photographer, avid traveler, and animal lover.
