Evan helps to lead research and thought leadership projects for the Experience Innovation Network. Choosing to stay in her home town of New Orleans for college, Evan completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans. During this time, she studied the effects of influencing behaviors and attitudes on decision making. She also received her Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine while analyzing the impact of Medicaid Expansion on Louisiana’s budget. She previously worked for the Louisiana Breast and Cervical Health Program and 504HealthNet.
Evan is an avid sports fan following the New Orleans Saints and the LSU Tigers. In her free time, she loves exploring San Francisco through food and music.
