Melanie Albanese is an Associate at the Experience Innovation Network curating unique events designed to help senior executives experience, learn, collaborate and evolve toward human-centered transformation. Melanie also works closely with members of the Network to build a roadmap for improvement that leverages the voice of the patient, family, and care team members to drive experience innovations at their institutions. Her passion is creating an environment for our members to rejuvenate, connect to purpose, and go back to their organization equipped to deliver meaningful change.
Melanie received her BSBA from the University of Denver in Hospitality Management and Business with a focus in conference services and events. She has been ever focused on the intersection of hospitality and healthcare and how the two industries can learn from one another. Prior to joining the Experience Innovation Network, she worked at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and in the Office of Patient Experience at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
