Apache Junction Public Library Embraces the Vocera Communications Solution to Improve Customer Service
Apache Junction, AZ (August 20, 2007) – Apache Junction Public Library, part of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona is the first Arizona City Library to implement the Vocera Communications solution to improve patron interaction and satisfaction. Among other initiatives in the library’s plan through 2009, Vocera allows reference librarians to get out from behind a desk and engage more with the public.
