Certain portions of Vocera's product are derived from software licensed by third parties. All such portions of Vocera's product are subject to the notices and restrictions found by clicking here. In any case where a product or portion of a product is subject to differing provisions, the most restrictive shall be deemed to govern. (By way of illustration, and not of limitation, although source code rights, redistribution rights, or the right to create derivative works may in some cases be available from the owner subject to provisions specified by that owner, no such rights are available from Vocera and no redistribution or derivative works of the Vocera product are authorized except as permitted by the Vocera End User License Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing by Vocera.)
