The Vocera Messaging On-Call Scheduling Module provides organizations with an easy to use, easy to manage scheduling platform which integrates seamlessly with Vocera Messaging. Using the Vocera Messaging Web Console, authorized users can create on-call schedules with daily, weekly or monthly rotations. Once published, the schedule automatically manages the on-call status of participants in the assigned distribution list. Vocera allows for effective and efficient on-call schedule management, integrated with our secure and intelligent communications platform, providing our customers with a seamless and intuitive mobile experience.
The Vocera Alert application is a smartphone client application that works in conjunction with the Vocera Messaging platform to ensure timely, reliable encrypted delivery and receipt acknowledgement of critical messages, including pages, lab test results, and other alerts. Users can send messages to the smartphones of other users or groups from a smartphone, web console, or automatically through integration with third-party clinical systems. Recipients can reply with multiple choice answers or custom responses and a reporting tool tracks and stores all of the interactions for auditing purposes. The Vocera Alert appliation is bundled with the Vocera Chat application.
The Vocera Chat application is part of the Vocera Messaging suite and bundled with the Vocera Alert application. This secure, cross-platform, text-based chat application runs on Vocera-enabled smartphones and allows users to communicate with other staff members in their organization. For interactions with less urgency than a Vocera Voice call or Vocera Alert, but still requires reliability, security, and logging, Vocera Chat is the perfect communication tool.
