Brent D. Lang has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2007 and, effective June 1, 2013, will serve as our Chief Executive Officer. From February 2007 to October 2007, he served as our Executive Vice President, from January 2007 to June 2007, he served as our Acting Chief Executive Officer, and from June 2001 through January 2007, he served as our Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. From September 1995 to June 2001, Mr. Lang worked for 3Com Corporation, a networking company, where served in a variety of roles including senior director of marketing responsible for 3Com's digital home products. From June 1991 to June 1993, Mr. Lang worked as a strategy consultant for Monitor Company, Inc., a consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Lang earned a B.S. degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
