Technical Support Self-Service Portal
The Technical Support Self-Service Portal is your source for key technical information related to your Vocera Communications installation.
- Search the Knowledge Base for answers to your Vocera product questions or issues
- Submit a Service Request to Vocera Support for assistance with product or service questions or issues
- Monitor status of all your open Service Requests to Vocera Support
- Update open Service Request with additional information
- Monitor status of all your RMA requests and shipments
The Technical Support Self-Service Portal requires a separate user ID and password from other existing Vocera portals. Access is provided to Vocera customers and authorized Vocera resellers by the Vocera technical support team.
To request access to the Technical Support Self-Service Portal, send a user
name and password request to
support@vocera.com.
E-mail request must include:
- Full Name
- Title
- Company Name
- Identifier (Reseller or End User)
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
Once your account is authorized, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with your log-in information.
