Support Portal

The Support Portal is your source for key technical information related to your Vocera installation.
  • Create and monitor Support or RMA cases to request assistance on Vocera products or services
  • Search the knowledge base for answers to your Vocera product questions or issues
  • Vote on Vocera product requests as part of an Ideas community
  • Access Content published by Vocera staff or web links flagged as relevant to the Vocera solution
The Support Portal requires a separate user ID and password from other existing Vocera portals. Access is provided to Vocera customers and partners by the Vocera technical support team.

To request access to the Support Portal, send a user name and password request to support@vocera.com.

Your email request must include:
  • Full name
  • Title
  • Company name
  • Identifier (end user or partner)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
Once your account is authorized, you will be sent an email confirmation with your login information.
